Abstract

The term effective control of hydraulic press equipment includes such concepts as:
- increasing the productivity of hydraulic presses;
- reduction in operating costs;
- expansion of technological capabilities;
- facilitating working conditions for workers and increasing work safety.
When creating control systems that meet the above conditions, it is necessary to take into account that the hydraulic press equipment is controlled manually due to the direct participation of the operator. Therefore, the mechanization of the control process is of paramount importance, which saves the operator from tedious work and allows all press mechanisms to be controlled from the control panel.
The performance of the hydraulic press can be increased by choosing high speeds of the slider in idle mode, both down and in reverse, as well as by measures aimed at increasing speeds in the working mode.
Facilitation of working conditions is achieved by remote control of hydraulic press equipment by reducing to a minimum of controls.
