Abstract

The article examines the problems associated with the construction and implementation of network resource management systems on communication networks. Examples of timing parameters for various SIP messages used in IMS-based NGN (PES) solutions are given. New approaches are of equal interest both for operators of public networks and for operators of departmental and corporate communication networks.
