SYSTEM APPROACH TO DEVELOPMENT SOCIO-ECONOMIC SYSTEMS

Abstract

Governance in the modern world is becoming more and more difficult as the organizational structure of our society becomes more complex. This complexity is due to the nature of the relationship between the various elements of organizations and the physical systems with which they interact. Although these complex relationships have existed for a long time, but only now, with the development of information technology, has it become possible to take into account and see, if not all, then many of the mutual influences of these systems. Only recently, all systems of society began to be considered not as separate elements, but as a set of interconnected systems, a change in characteristics in one system can easily lead to changes in another system.
