Abstract

The article considers the stand «FESTO Mechatronic line», which is located in the 134 auditorium of the Department of Automation production processes of the Karaganda Technical University. This stand is the object of research of a comprehensive diploma project. The software was developed on the basis of the programmable logic controller Mitsubishi FX-5U 32M. The algorithm of the stand operation is presented. The full description of the SCADA system developed in the MasterSCADA 3.x is given. The authors have developed a training manual for studying the stand «FESTO Mechatronic Line». This manual allows to train students and master students of the Department of automation production processes and will also improve the level of qualification of specialists and engineers.
