Abstract

At present, the problem of modeling biological principles of information processing is one of the main tasks of Artificial Intelligence. The development of unconventional biological approaches in solving a wide range of problems, ranging from information protection to the problems of predicting the dynamic properties of nonlinear control objects in real time, are very urgent problems all over the world. Proteins play a huge role in nature. A thorough analysis and understanding of the processes of information processing by proteins in natural systems is required, which will allow a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of functioning of information systems and show further ways of developing this field of science.
