DEVELOPMENT OF PETRI NETS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SELF-ORGANIZING MULTI-COMPONENT COMPUTATIONAL ALGORITHMS FOR SOLVING ELECTRIC POWER PROBLEMS

The paper gives a definition of a self-organizing algorithm, as well as a brief description of the extension of Petri nets - computational Petri nets, which are a means of constructing such algorithms. A graphical representation is given and the computational capabilities of computational Petri nets are described. The rationale for the need to develop an effective tool for building self-organizing multicomponent (structure-like) computational algorithms for solving problems in the electric power industry is also given. Development of an effective tool, i.e. computational Petri nets that allow building such algorithms for topology analysis, structure optimization, calculation and simulation of dynamics in complex electric power systems is very relevant. The effectiveness of its use is explained, first of all, by the fact that it allows using fairly simple means to build structurally similar to the objects under study and convenient, from the position of implementation on a computer, models of dynamic systems with parallel functioning and asynchronously interacting components.
